I can't wait for the valve-grease 'bucket brigade!' Can anyone tell me where to look locally for this stuff? It's just a high-temp graphite grease right? I can find it online for $5 a tube. Who would have this locally? Ace hardware, an appliance repair place? K-mart?

I bought a tube of it at my local spit on the floor hardware store for - are you sitting down? - $1.29. I swear. I would also be willing to bet it is the same exact stuff that TOAC sells for about 15 times the price. Hey, can't fault them for wanting to make money.

What exactly did you buy? Was it high-temp graphite grease or what? Brand name? Inquiring minds and all that!

I have some of the stuff that TOAC sells and I'm willing to circulate it as long as it makes it's way back to me in the end. First e-mail to me with an address will get it first. Then that person can pass it to the next, etc.

Ok, Lowracer gets the grease first. If anyone wants it after him, please let me know. I'd like to keep tabs on it so it doesn't get lost (like Sam's did.)

Tura,
I'd like to get the grease after lowracer is done with it.

Darn it, can't find the stuff. Will stop by my hardware store and pick up some more and report back.
